INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, PROCESSING & CUSTOMS 

  • Your Gemeria Hair gets shipped out from our manufacturing unit under our Parent company Tyagi Exports in Greater Noida, India.
  • All orders are shipped via DHL Express from our warehouse in India.
  • Prices on the website exclude shipping fees.
  • All hair is carefully manufactured and inspected by hand then shampooed and conditioned before leaving our factory.
  • We ship Monday through Saturday, excluding Indian holidays.
  • If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or incorrect address information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 3-5 business days. So, it is suggested that thoroughly verify all the details before checkout! 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOM / IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES

Your order will be shipped under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) from our warehouse in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh (India) with DHL Express shipping. Therefore, you may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. These fees is not included in your purchase from our website.

This charge is determined by your local customs authority and must be paid to your local carrier or government in order to receive your order. These fees are not collected by Gemeria Hair. Every country has its own rules and regulations regarding import duty, which you might have to pay to receive the package.

SHIPPING DELAYS 

For your convenience, it's always advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline, hair appointment, or other engagement it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We will give you a delivery estimate when you place your order based on the information, we receive from our shipping partner DHL Express.

  • You will receive a tracking number on your email when the order gets shipped

Kindly do not held us accountable for the delayed delivery that is caused by the shipping company, we ship all orders within the mentioned time frame from our end.

WRONG ADDRESS / FAILED DELIVERIES / REFUSED SHIPMENTS

  • Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of failed deliveries. Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included all the information (address, apt#, st., ave, blocks, flat no, nearby landmarks, etc.) needed to deliver your package
  • If a shipment is returned to us due to a wrong address you will be responsible for additional charges
  • NO REFUNDS will be issued for refused shipments
  • If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check around your home and with neighbors who may have signed and received your item(s). If you still cannot locate it, please contact us immediately. We will contact the delivery partner right away to start an investigation.
  • We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

NOTE:

  • Gemeria Hair will not resend or refund a shipment that shows DELIVERED on DHL tracking. We can start the investigation through our delivery partner.
  • If a shipment is returned back to us due to reasons like customer unavailable, incomplete/wrong address, address/landmark not locatable, the amount will get refunded after deducting the shipping cost.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

We try to ship all orders within a week, however processing time can be late according to product you have ordered, kindly check below: 

  • Wefts, Closure, Frontals, Front Lace Wigs, I-tips, Tapes, around 1-2 weeks
  • Half Head Wigs, Single Clip Highlights, Clip-In Bangs around 1-2 weeks
  • Any balayage color order, Seamless Clip-ins, Hair Toppers, Full Lace wigs will take 2-4 weeks

SHIPPING TIME

The shipping transit time usually is 4 – 6 days to USA, within 5 days to Europe, 10-15 days to African countries and please keep in mind these are only the estimate time frame we get from DHL Express, kindly do not held us accountable for any delay in shipping caused by the delivery company.
