A good product that could be better

The faux scrunchie bun is an excellent idea, well fabricated. I have purchased four Light Grey versions to suit my hair colour in the last few months, but unfortunately am able to use only two of them. Of the four two were the Light Grey I had asked for and two more Grey than light grey….which looks awkward to say the least. Some tighter quality control would ensure we customers get the right product, and at Rs2499 a scrunchie we deserve to get what we ordered.
