The hair is very smooth and natural. Very nice! TqVm Gemeria. However pls improve on your delivery. It was delayed and your customer service giving standard AI answers abt the delivery update; which is quite dissappointing. Otherwise your service and product was good.
Simply, disappointing. The look of it, the color, how it sits on your head and doesn't at all blends. i can go on and on
